I’ve mentioned previously that anything small, and generally smaller than business card size can fall through the gaps at the recycling facility and may not/won’t get recycled 🤍
Things like steel and aluminium lids/caps. Small bits of aluminium foil. Cardboard bread tag to name a few.
The best way to recycle the smaller items is to put them inside a bigger item of the same material.
Now that some chocolate bars are in paper wrappers 🍫👏 Best to collect them and put them with other small pieces of cardboard and paper and put them inside a used envelope, paper bag or box.
