Pet packaging can’t go in your kerbside recycling bin so check out Terracycle and find out where to recycle all brands of cat and dog food packaging, including dry food bags and wet food pouches.
What can I recycle through this program?
All brands of cat or dog food packaging including dry food bags and wet food pouches.
The program does not accept:
Packaging still containing food.
Wet food tins.
Pet toys and accessories.
Woven pet food packaging.
Horse feed packaging, and other packaging with a woven texture, are not accepted in the Royal Canin Recycling Program, as this packaging cannot be recycled via the same recycling stream as cat and dog food packaging. Accepting this type of packaging in the program would result in a high volume of contamination.
