The importance of water in our diet cannot be understated, we have an absolute need for water each day for our health and our survival.

If you don’t drink enough water then your kidneys don’t have the amount of fluid they need to do their job properly, your body would then be holding onto toxins, again leading to health issues, both small and large.

Dehydration can disrupt your mood and cognitive functioning. While a little thirst won't make you brain-dead, one study showed that dehydrated people consistently had elevated fatigue, confusion, anger and short term memory.

This is massive! You need water to carry nutrients and oxygen to your cells to keep them alive and healthy.
