It’s important that water gets into your cells and doesn’t slosh around in your body.

Water is vital to cells because without it they would not be able to remove waste, bring in nutrients or transport oxygen.

Did you know that now all water is created equal? I would encourage you to research your drinking water source, your water could be hindering your health and not helping it like it should be.
